This is Soul from Soul Eater. I'm not entirely sure this is any specific scene, I found it on Google xP I just thought it looked insanely awesome. This is awesome! If fairly sure though that this was the scene where that little ogre thing that lives in soul tries to impersonate him so he can swallow his and Makas souls.
